We all need a little bit of peace of mind these days, dont you think? peace of mind (pom) is a new kind of resilience training with group coaching for the whole person. pom delivers 6-week personalized mental well-being programs for folks who are stressed and overwhelmed. For us resilience is the skill to learn when to press pause to curb burnout.
We built a holistic, human-focused toolset for mental resilience with the help of the 4 main pillars of the PoM program:
+nutritional psychiatry
+movement
+mindset
+sleep
You will gain resilience skills for a healthier and happier brain. The secret sauce of pom is the sense of belonging and trust that is rooted in the deeper human connections that we strive to evoke with the help of our health coaches and community facilitators.
Meet pompods
Humans evolved in small groups so we’re wired to learn with like-minded people. Research shows that small groups of 5-10 are optimally engaged, committed, and effective at achieving shared goals. pompods are where magic happens as we carefully match our participants to optimize the engagement of the group members with the right amount of facilitation by our coaches.
Weekly live pod sessions: The Unwind Hour
Our program is designed to have both live and asynchronous communication with fellow pommers to strengthen the tie amongst each other. You will meet with your fellow pod mates on a weekly basis on The Unwind Hour to not only converse about the holistic methods that will keep you resilient in these uncertain times but also have a chance to go deep in conversations about physical and emotional well-being, participate in challenges, have a chance to help each other, and so much more... The Unwind Hour is created to bring out the most natural human element of each of us and nurture that to elevate our collective well-being!
